Good for me
I have used these guys host a number of sites for small businesses. Everything you need to get an average site going is provided and the support is pretty decent. I have been with hosts that have far worse service and charge ten times more.

Watch out!
I have been hosting with them for 2 years. After the first year they charged me $49 to keep the account with them. I went to GoDaddy instead but when I tried to transfer my domain, they held it and threatened to send me to collections if I did not pay it. These guys are complete extortionists. Needless to say, I will never do business with them again.

Complete jerks...
Worst experience ever, EVER. When one year contract expired they sold the account. No problem. At the end of second year they try to charge me again, I complain, they deny they sold it, they claim they automatically extend service to avoid interuption of service and don't "sell" domains to third parties. After much back and forth they acknowledge that that is indeed what happened. Now, the third year they are again trying to charge me and deny any of my previous claims. Jerks and liars. Use someone else...please put these low lifes out of business. Thanks

Trap
Free host if you buy a domain its free, if you have a domain or want a fredomain to host your site, afmu is not free. trap!

Not that good
I never liked the idea of both free hosting and paid hosting on the same account. It seems to slow down for both ends. It can take a really long time to get your account. There are deffinitly better hosts out there then this one.

Good Site
Very good site i have many sites hosted on this hosting service. Very helpful admins too the server is fast. But the bandwidth is bad, if you have bgi site chose sometinhg else

pretty good
I have always had great service from afmu.com, and I have been with them for about two years now. you cant beat it for the price. I suspect that the previous reviewer maybe having issues with their spam or junk email filter, that is very common with my online business as well.

i've been waiting for 20 days to get my account activated. No reply, lack of support, i heard server was down for 3 days also. not really professional IMO, pick another host

Good Service
I think AFMU does a very good job. It costs about $30.00 a year to host a site, and I have several with them. You don't get a very flashy AFMU homepage, or live support, that sort of thing, but you do get simple, affordable, reliable service.
On the occasions where I've had technical issues, I found that their email response time was 24 hours, and usually much less, to deal with any issues.
