How do you use it?
There is no help or documentation except for a measely little FAQ. The Members Area is just the interface to your web-based file manager--nothing else! There's no info on how to access FTP. The web-based file manager changes the capitalization of all the files you upload.

Update isn't possible
From ten days not is posible to update site. File manager shows only two buton:Refresh and Download.
I don't know how contact support (what is email).
Please help me if anyone solved this problem.

ok ~ish
Its free so I appreciate that. very simplistic interface and limited options. One thing that bugs me is that theres all these rules and regulations they post everywhere but they neglect to tell u what domain ur website is actually in. Kinda annoying as a webpage building newbie. I couldn't find my own website until I searched for some other subscriber's websites through google. anyway to help those searching for it:

I didn't realise there was a 12 in front of it which is wat threw me. And nowhere in the faq or in the members area did it say that...

server down, contact difficult
Their ftp connectability has been down for days now. It's totally unacceptable, even for a free host! When you go to the website to try to sign in to your account only error messages come up saying "no new logins at this time" but there isn't so much as a "sorry our servers/website/login/everything is down temporarily" on the main page. The only way you can get contact info for them is to log in...which of course you can't do. I noticed other people online mentioning this same problem as far back as early August (08) so I'm not sure if it's happened again or if this is something that's been going on for months now. YIKES!
It's too bad, because up until this point I was quite happy with them but this is the second time I've noticed operations going down so now my poor little website just sits there with no way for me to update it, change it, or access it in anyway. It's obviously way past time for me to find a new host.

doesnt support .NET
They say they support asp.net here, I signed in thinking they supported .net.. after a lot of waste of my invaluable time.. in FAQs they say they are LOOKING to add .NET support in the future. Why claim to support .NET ?

it sucks!!
they said no File Size Limit, in fact, they do have. files larger than 1m can't be uploaded or unziped successfully, so you hardly can install any kind of asp script! don't waste your time as what I did, leave this!!

Gud but still
The service is gud,but server will be down at times and even the worst thing is they are not providing any kind of email features. i dont know y in the world people are providing these kind of hosting service
