Excellent 
I like it because it is ads free and gives large space limit (2 GB). The bandwidth limitation could be a problem for people with large graphics or video files. However I used it for my courses and research for more than three years and didn't face any problem because of the limitations on bandwidth, so far. This host supports FTP, on contrary to what some other reviewers mentioned above. Highly recommended.

Not for the WWW
Doesn't serve worldwide (server refuses to serve to some countries), but seems to work OK most of the time within the US. Support practically non-existant.
